The only personal data collected on this site is your email address, and only when you choose to subscribe to the Four Hour Freedom newsletter.

Newsletter subscriptions are processed by Substack (substack.com). When you subscribe, your email address is stored by Substack and you will receive the Four Hour Freedom newsletter. Substack's own privacy policy governs how they handle your data: substack.com/privacy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties.

Analytics

This site does not currently use any analytics tracking or collect any usage data about visitors. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
