A tour of the template
The template is one page, laid out as a dashboard. Each section has a coloured title bar, and several have a grey line underneath called How this works. Click it to open short instructions for that section, and click again to close them.
From top to bottom, the sections are:
Progress tracker
A table of every week in the quarter. It shows your number for the week, how much of the week’s plan you completed, your energy and a verdict on the week. It fills in as you do your Sunday reviews.
There are two chart tabs here as well. Charts need a paid Notion plan, but the table works on the free plan and shows the same information.
Quarter at a glance
The quarter you’re working on right now. It shows whether you’re on pace, how far you are towards your objective, how much of the quarter has gone and how many days are left.
Life Roles
The parts of your life, of which the business is only one. The template starts you off with nine: Health, Family, Relationships, Finances, Rest, Creativity, Community, Learning and Entrepreneur. Each action you plan is tagged with the role it serves, so you can see which parts of your life keep getting squeezed out.
This Quarter
One card per quarter. It holds your objective and your Enough sentence, plus your target if the objective has a number. Finished quarters stay here as a record.
Weekly Actions
A board with one column per week. Each card is one action. This is where you plan the three or four things each week needs, and tick them off when they’re done.
Weekly Review
One card per week, from Week 01 to Week 12. On Sunday, you open that week’s card to write your review.
The bottom row
How to use this template + AI prompts holds the copy-and-paste prompts for each step. Backend is where the template stores its databases. You won’t need to open Backend for day-to-day use.
