When the quarter ends
After Week 12, you close this quarter and plan the next one. Nothing gets overwritten, so every quarter you complete stays in the template as a record.
Close the quarter
Open the Q4 2026 card in This Quarter and change Status to Complete. Its weeks and actions stay in the template, and the dashboard moves on to your next quarter.
Start the next one
- In This Quarter, click + New and name the card after your next quarter, for example Q1 2027.
- Set Start to the Monday the quarter begins and End to the Sunday twelve weeks later. Leaving a week between quarters gives you time to rest and review. For example, Q4 2026 ends on 27 December, so Q1 2027 could start on Monday 4 January and end on Sunday 28 March.
- Run the same four steps from your first Sunday.
- Each Sunday, create the next week’s card in Weekly Review with + New. Name it Week 01, Week 02 and so on, set Week of to the Monday the week starts, and pick the quarter in the Quarter field. The zero keeps the weeks in the right order.
