Questions and fixes

I can't see the Duplicate button

Open the template link on a computer, in a web browser, and look in the top right corner of the page. If it still isn't there, reply to any Four Hour Freedom email and I'll help you get a copy.

Do I need to pay for Notion?

No. The free plan covers everything in this template. Notion may offer you a paid plan and its own AI features, and you don't need either. The only part that needs a paid plan is the two chart tabs in the Progress tracker, and the table next to them shows the same information.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. Once you have your own copy, download the Notion app for iPhone or Android and log in with the same account. The weekly review works well on a phone. The first planning session is easier on a bigger screen.

Can anyone else see my plan?

No. Your copy lives in your own Notion account. I can't see it, and nothing you type goes back to the original template.

I'm starting after 4 October

Start anyway. Plan the week you're in, using its column on Weekly Actions and its card on Weekly Review, and carry on from there. A shorter first quarter still gives you a working system by January.

What's the example quarter in This Quarter?

The Q3 2026 (example) card shows what a finished quarter looks like. It's marked Complete, so it doesn't affect your numbers, and you can leave it where it is.

What's the Backend page for?

It's where the template stores its databases. Everything you need day to day is on the dashboard, so you can leave Backend alone.

I deleted something by mistake

Press Ctrl+Z or Cmd+Z straight away to undo it. If that doesn't work, open Trash near the bottom of the sidebar and restore it from there.

Something in this guide didn't match what I saw

This is version one of the template. If a step confused you, or something looked different on your screen, reply to any Four Hour Freedom email and tell me. Those replies decide what version two fixes.
